A 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Experience
October 9th - December 13th
Rooted in tradition. Transformation - update
Immerse yourself in the healing arts of yoga while becoming certified to teach. This 200-hour training is a guidebook—on and off the mat—on how to align with your purpose, connect to the unity of life, and open up to the ancient wisdom of yoga.
We’ve designed a curriculum that allows participants to go deep into the content while creating space for integration. The training begins with a 9-day intensive, followed by four weekend immersives throughout a 9-week program.
You’ll learn from the best—teachers who embody the heart of yoga and are eager to pass the seat of the teacher on to you.
What you’ll learn
How to be your best self.
Simply put. Each curriculum topic will bring you into a deeper understanding of who you are, your true nature and the unity that connects us all.
From a training perspective, you’ll learn how to teach a vinyasa-based class, with guidelines on how to adjust the format for restorative and vin-yin style classes.
Upon completion, you’ll be versed in each Soul House core format: Soulflow (vinyasa), Reset (vin/yin), Surrender (restorative).
