I love this place so much!! It has seriously been a sanctuary for me and has the best energy. You can tell immediately when you walk in that the owner (Cara) put her whole heart and soul (hehe) into this space and cares so deeply for everyone that comes in. All of the instructors here are so amazing at what they do! Very reasonable pricing and gorgeous space.

Soul House is a new, beautifully designed, immaculate and inspiring space for yoga and the intuitive arts. Cara has created a warm and inviting communal space for yogis of all abilities. Cara, the owner, is beacon light waiting to greet you with a big smile and gratitude for your presence. All of the instructors are amazing in their own way offering different styles of flow and tempo. Do yourself a favor and give Soul House a try, they have great introductory offers and I hope your body feels as good as mine has felt after taking regular classes there! Deeply grateful for this new and inspiring, retreat-style space.

My experience at Soul House Chicago was empowering! I arrived at the Sunday Reset feeling a bit exhausted. I had a long run the day before and didn't realize I needed this class. Cara led a balanced practice by building some heat and downshifting into a meditation. I left the class feeling more present in my body, breath, and mind.
