Wellness Coaching is a personalized, heart-centered space designed to support your mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating change, or simply ready to live with more clarity and intention, we meet you where you are and gently guide you forward.
Rather than quick fixes or rigid plans, our coaching process focuses on sustainable shifts — creating sustainable habits, awareness, and practices that make you feel supported and enhance your life.
WELLNESS COACHING INITIATION
Your journey begins with a deep, intentional dive into your current reality.
During this initial consultation, we explore your personal Wellness Wheel — a reflective framework that looks at different dimensions of your well-being, including physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, and lifestyle wellness. This process helps illuminate how each area connects and influences the others.
You’ll gain clarity around:
Where you feel nourished and supported
Where you may feel depleted or disconnected
What patterns are currently shaping your experience
From there, we gently hone in on where it feels most supportive to begin. Together, we identify meaningful, attainable goals tailored to your unique lifestyle and season of life.
WELLNESS COACHING FOLLOW-UP
Wellness coaching is a collaborative, evolving process. Follow-up sessions provide space to:
Reflect on what’s unfolding
Adjust goals as needed
Deepen self-awareness
Build practical tools and sustainable habits
Through intentional conversation and guided support, you’ll continue cultivating long-term well-being rooted in clarity, compassion, and conscious choice.
Each session is an opportunity to realign, recalibrate, and recommit to the life you want to feel — not just live.

Lyric Swedenhjelm
Lyric comes to Soul House with a passion for the mind-body-soul connection, holistic healing, and a deep love for community. She encourages yoga as a tool to not only support physical wellness but to nurture wholeness in every aspect of life. In her classes, Lyric embraces each student’s individuality with kindness, respect, and compassion, creating a space for intuitive movement, mindful awareness, and emotional exploration.
Through eclectic music, breathwork, and intentional theming and sequencing, she crafts an environment where students feel safe to move, breathe, learn, grow, and release. Her classes feel lighthearted and fun, yet deeply mindful and intuitive — inviting you to come home to yourself in a joyful, authentic way.
