This retreat is centered around the fresh start of the Chinese New Year, offering a space to come home within, enjoy the company of fellow retreaters, and open your mind, body and soul to the rich beauty within and all around you. Expect deep connection, with play and exploration.

HOW TO BE YOUR BEST SELF.
Simply put. Each curriculum topic will bring you into a deeper understanding of who you are, your true nature and the unity that connects us all.
From a training perspective, you’ll learn how to teach a vinyasa-based class, with guidelines on how to adjust the format for restorative and vin-yin style classes.
Upon completion, you’ll be versed in each Soul House core format: Soulflow (vinyasa), Reset (vin/yin), Surrender (restorative).

Aja Rhodes:The Embodied Practitioner
Aja is a 500-hour yoga teacher with a specialty in restorative yoga and physiology. She embraces the soft side of life with voracious power. Expect to explore passion, devotion, and artistry—and learn how to integrate these elements into your life and classes.
Cara Kalnow: The Visionary
Cara is the founder of Soul House and a philosopher at heart. She shines in sharing the wisdom of yoga and how to thoughtfully integrate it into your classes. With a deep understanding of the subtle body, she brings expertise in sequencing and powerful, effective teaching.
Rhiannon Kirby: The Devoted Guide
Rhannon brings 17 years of teaching experience to the program. She holds a 500-hour certification and has been a YTT trainer for over 10 years. With a background in dance and Ashtanga yoga, she brings a deep passion for anatomy, Sanskrit, and intelligent sequencing.

YTT Kickoff: Friday Evening Oct. 9th: 5:30 - 9:30 pm

Week Two:
Wednesday Evening, Nov 4, Friday, Nov 6th — Sunday, Nov 8th
Week Three:
Thursday Evening, Nov 19th — Sunday, Nov 22nd
Week Four: Saturday, Dec 5th & Sunday, Dec 6th

Payment Plan
Payment plans are available with a $799 non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance will be split into two payments of $1,250.
